Objectives and strategy

Our objective is to create value for shareholders through capital growth. We plan to achieve this through developing a portfolio of oil and gas assets ranging from exploration through appraisal, development and production, but which is weighted towards appraisal and development.

We believe a key factor in delivering on this strategy will be our ability to consistently identify, acquire and develop under-exploited oil and gas assets that can be quickly progressed into production. Our team is well-equipped to take advantage of opportunities in politically stable countries.

Our key geographical area of interest is Canada and, specifically, eastern Canada. We have a detailed knowledge of the region, which we believe is currently underexploited. Canada in general has a well established petroleum industry.
